• How will my library monitor the performance of an Instant Bundle?
    • Using the Instant Bundles Report on the Midwest Tape site, partner libraries will be able to access clear, actionable insights into Instant Bundle recommendations, usage, and performance.
  • How will my library know when to order more or if we are running low on circulations?
    • The Instant Bundles Report displays all active titles that have not yet been fully utilized. From this report, you can review the last borrow date, remaining circulations, and current utilization rate. Once a title has been fully utilized, it moves to the Expired Report. If that title meets the circulation demand needed to reach the circulation savings point, it will appear again in the Recommended Bundles section. If it does not, it will be listed in the Additional Bundles section.
  • How will the bundle appear to patrons?
    • Instant Bundles will appear as traditional Instant titles on the Hoopla app and website.
  • How is the invoice generated, and who will receive it?
    • Invoices will be generated at the time of purchase—much like those for purchased Flex titles—and sent to a chosen recipient at the library.
  • If my library purchases a bundle for a title on which we also hold a one copy/one user license, will the bundle be prioritized for circulation?
    • The one copy/one user version will be prioritized to boost the utilization of that license. The Instant Bundle will be used for Holds Relief and will follow the parameters set by the library.
  • Can titles included in these bundles be accessed simultaneously by multiple users?
    • Yes, Instant Bundles are available for simultaneous use.
