Singapore Press Pass Updates – July 2025

We’re happy to share recent enhancements to the Singapore Press Pass, designed to deliver a more robust and seamless user experience with Hoopla Digital for the NLB.

Most notably, the volume of borrowable content has expanded significantly across both adult and youth segments. This includes titles from both the Hoopla Instant (pay-per-use) and Hoopla Flex (one copy, one user) collections.
