Hoopla recognizes that our small and rural library partners have unique challenges that often require special assistance or opportunities. That’s why we have created a section of our blog dedicated to valuable information relevant to you. Many of you have multiple roles in your library, switching often between multiple efforts. We don’t expect you to remember everything that you need to manage your Hoopla collection and better meet the needs of your patrons. Through a survey earlier this summer we asked you what some of your biggest challenges are. Over the next months we’ll provide insights and training through blogs, videos, tutorials and more.
